1. Nature of Our Products
Learn Skills Academy offers live online courses and digital educational services (programming, design, languages, business, and related skills). We do not ship physical products. This Service Delivery Policy fulfills the "Shipping / Service Policy" requirement for payment gateways (including PayFast) for merchants selling digital or service-based offerings.
2. How Services Are Delivered
- Live classes: Conducted on Zoom (or an equivalent platform notified in advance).
- Access credentials: Zoom / class links, schedules, and joining instructions are sent to your registered email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Study materials: Shared digitally (e.g. PDF, Google Drive, chat, or LMS links) during or before sessions.
- Support: Available via email, phone, and WhatsApp during office hours.
- Certificates: Issued digitally after completion criteria are met (where the course includes a certificate).
3. Delivery Timeline
- Payment confirmation: Usually within a few minutes to 24 hours after successful payment (gateway confirmation).
- Enrollment confirmation & class details: Within 24–48 hours on business days, or before the first scheduled class — whichever is earlier.
- Batch start: As advertised on the course / landing page or as confirmed in your enrollment message.
- Course duration: Typically several weeks to months depending on the program (see each course page).
If we cannot start a batch on the announced date, we will notify you and offer a new date, transfer, or refund as per our Refund Policy.
4. Student Responsibilities
- Provide a working email and WhatsApp / phone number
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a device that supports Zoom
- Join classes on time using the links we send
- Keep login / meeting links confidential
Delays caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or student-side technical issues are not treated as failed delivery by us.

6. No Courier / Shipping Charges
There are no shipping, courier, or delivery fees because nothing is physically mailed. Any price shown is for the educational service / course fee only (taxes or gateway fees may apply as disclosed at checkout).
7. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive class details within the timelines above:
- Check spam / junk folders and WhatsApp message requests

- Provide your payment reference so we can resend access quickly
